Jonesboro Residents Become Victims of Residential Burglary and Vehicle Theft

JONESBORO, Ark. – Two Jonesboro residents fell victim to a residential burglary and vehicle theft in an incident reported to have occurred between 7 AM and 2 PM on November 10 at the 2200-block of Clover Drive in Jonesboro.

According to police reports, an unidentified suspect forcibly entered a residence at the specified address, absconding with a set of keys. Subsequently, the suspect stole a white 2011 Buick Lacrosse belonging to one of the residents.

The police report identifies two suspects involved in the incident: a black female estimated to be between 25 and 30 years old and a black male, whose age remains undisclosed.

In Arkansas, residential burglary stands as a Class B felony, carrying potential penalties of five to 20 years in prison along with a fine reaching $15,000. Additionally, theft of a vehicle constitutes a felony charge under state law.
