Craighead County Judge Marvin Day released the following statement this morning upon deciding not to seek the Mayor of Jonesboro position.

New reporting from Blue Hog Report suggests that County Judge Marvin Day will be ineligible to run for mayor of Jonesboro.
The deadline for both applications is August 15.
