CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, Ark. — Authorities are investigating a felony theft that took place at an empty residence in Craighead County between Aug. 21 and Sept. 2.
According to a report filed with the sheriff’s office, the home, located at the 5800-block of AR Highway 226, was being used as storage by the owners when the theft occurred.
Among the items stolen were a 55-inch Samsung curved TV and a 7-cubic-foot deep freeze. Several boxes containing unidentified belongings were also taken from the property.
The case is currently under investigation as a felony theft. The sheriff’s office is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
