Multiple Arrests Made in Jonesboro for Driving While Intoxicated and Related Offenses

JONESBORO, Ark. — Several individuals have been arrested in separate incidents in Jonesboro for driving while intoxicated and related offenses, as reported by the police.

On July 7, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Danny Wayne Earls, 59, of Jonesboro, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being involved in three separate accidents earlier that day. The first two accidents were hit-and-runs, which were not reported by the drivers involved. Police located Earls after the third accident, and he now faces charges including DWI – drugs and careless/prohibited driving.

In another incident on July 7, between 2:15 a.m. and 2:45 a.m., Justin Jake Valencia, 27, of Paragould, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Valencia was observed driving his vehicle the wrong way down a one-way road while under the influence of an intoxicant.

On July 8, around 3:33 a.m., Joe John Randazzo, 57, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for speeding and refusing to stop while suspected of being under the influence of drugs. During the arrest, a bottle of urine, believed to be used for drug testing, was found in Randazzo’s possession.

Mark Edward Ross, 61, of Jonesboro, was arrested on July 8 between 11:10 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. for allegedly driving while intoxicated and hitting a parked car at the 200-block of East Johnson Avenue.

In another incident on July 8, Jessica E. Taylor, 43, was arrested for public intoxication following a private property accident at the 1000-block of Gee Street. Although the police report does not mention a DWI charge, jail records indicate that Taylor is facing a DWI charge as well.

Finally, on July 9 between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., Venancio Ramirez Perez, 41, of Jonesboro, was arrested for driving while intoxicated near Matthews and Caraway Road.

These arrests underscore the importance of responsible and sober driving to ensure the safety of all individuals on the road.
