Pawn burglary suspects busted

The Jonesboro Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, assisted by the JPD Street Crimes Unit, made two arrests Tuesday in connection to a burglary and theft that occurred Sunday night in Jonesboro.

Kelvin Morrow, 19, and Emanuel Cotton, 19, were placed into Jonesboro Police Department custody today and will be held at CCDC in lieu of a Probable Cause hearing.

Morrow and Cotton were detained for their connection to a string of Pawn Shop burglaries that occurred Sunday night in Jonesboro.

Several of the stolen guns, as well as the stolen vehicle, have been recovered, said JPD.
