PORTIA, Ark. — A Powerball ticket worth $150,000 was sold at a Portia convenience store for Saturday’s drawing and remained unclaimed as of Monday, according to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
The ticket was purchased at Jordan’s Kwik Stop 50, 2917 Highway 63, for the Oct. 17 drawing.
It matched four of the five white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win a $50,000 prize. The purchaser also paid an additional $1 for the Power Play option, which tripled the prize to $150,000.
The Portia ticket was one of three nationwide to win at that prize level, the lottery said.
