Does a short walk actually count?

Yes. Activity can be broken into smaller chunks throughout the week. CDC recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate activity weekly, plus muscle-strengthening activity on two days, for adults. Some activity is better than none.

Is sleep only about the number of hours?
