According to a probable cause affidavit, an officer with the Jonesboro Police Department responded March 22, 2026, to East Johnson regarding a reported theft. The alleged victim said a wallet was missing from a closet in a room and that fraudulent charges had been made on several cards.
Police said the charges were made at locations in Jonesboro on March 21, 2026. During the investigation, officers identified Parrott as a suspect from surveillance video inside a pawn shop in the 3200 block of East Nettleton.
According to the affidavit, Parrott was later seen on surveillance video at Walmart on Highland arriving in a blue Mazda passenger car. Police said he then returned to Walmart later that day and bought PS5 accessories and a TV with a stolen card before leaving in the same vehicle.
The affidavit states the fraudulent charges caught on camera totaled $552.23. The alleged victim told police the stolen wallet also contained a wedding ring and a 50th anniversary ring valued at $2,069.99.
According to the affidavit, Parrott exited the bathroom during the search warrant, and officers found marijuana residue floating in the toilet. Authorities also reported finding cards bearing the alleged victim’s name in Parrott’s bag.
In a second affidavit, police said detectives were executing a search warrant in the 1100 block of Walker Place when Williams refused to open the door. After officers used a key to access the residence, Williams allegedly held the dead bolt in the locked position and then attempted to hold the door closed, according to the affidavit.
Police said Williams was removed from the residence, and during the search, officers found credit cards belonging to the alleged victim in a dresser.
Authorities also said Williams refused to identify herself to the transporting officer. After her arrest, officers discovered she was allegedly in violation of a no-contact order with Parrott listed as the protected party, according to the affidavit. The order was issued Feb. 27, 2026, in open court.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
