JONESBORO, Ark. – A man faces the disturbing allegation that he raped a 14-year-old female, and was arrested this week on the charge, a release from the Jonesboro Police Department posted to social media said.
Jose Ramon Garza, 29, of Jonesboro, was arrested on Dec. 12.

The alleged crime was reported recently to the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Division. Garza is accused of the rape of a 14-year-old female from two years prior, police said.
Garza went before Judge David Boling on Dec. 13, where a $250,000 cash/surety bond requirement was set for his release.
As of the most recent update to this story, he was in Craighead County Detention Center.
