Suspects Allegedly Invade Jonesboro Home, Rob Victim at Gunpoint

JONESBORO, Ark. – A police report alleges that suspects forcefully entered a home, tied up a victim, and pointed a gun at him Friday in Jonesboro.

The alleged incident occurred between 6:45 AM and 7:30 AM on November 17 at the 300-block of State Street in an apartment unit. A 57-year-old male construction worker reported the incident to police after the fact, with them responding and taking the report at an address on Dan Avenue. He exhibited visible marks from duct tape but did not sustain serious injuries.

According to the report, two black male suspects aged between 18 and 25 are implicated in the incident. The report specifies the theft of approximately $1,000 in cash, three sets of keys, several mobile phones, and vehicle titles.

Authorities are investigating the incident for potential felony charges of kidnapping and aggravated residential burglary.
