JONESBORO, Ark. – A double homicide occurred in Craighead County, the sheriff’s department learned on Monday.
The Craighead County Sheriff’s Department responded around 11 AM on May 8, 2023 to the 7900-block of Highway 351 North, Chief Deputy Justin Rolland told NEA Report. Two homicide victims were located. Although he couldn’t elaborate on specifics due to the investigation, the chief deputy was certain both deaths were homicides.
The victims were Larry Dean Boyd, 84, and Othelana Josephine “Josey” Boyd, 80, the sheriff’s department announced on Wednesday.
