JONESBORO, Ark. – The Jonesboro Police Department needs help to identify the man pushing the shopping cart.

They’re hoping someone will see something and say something.

Police would like to speak with him regarding a “vehicle break in” that happened at the Highland Drive Walmart on November 10, 2019.
