Aggravated Death by Delivery Charge Filed After Blytheville Woman Found Dead
BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. — A Blytheville woman faces an aggravated death by delivery charge after police said investigators linked her to the possible overdose death of a 29-year-old woman.
Officers responded Thursday, July 23, to the 1600 block of Basin Street after receiving a report of an unresponsive woman, according to a media advisory from the Blytheville Police Department.
When officers arrived, they found Shania Haller, 29, of Blytheville, dead.
During the investigation, detectives identified Lynsey Stallings, 30, of Blytheville, as being connected to Haller’s death, police said. Authorities did not say how Stallings was allegedly connected to the death or identify the substance suspected in the possible overdose.
Stallings was taken to the Mississippi County Sheriff’s Office and charged with aggravated death by delivery and several other drug offenses. Police did not list the additional charges, but jail records show a charge of maintaining a drug premises and possession charges.
Stallings is scheduled to make her first court appearance Monday, July 27, in Blytheville District Court.
