JONESBORO, Ark. – A suspect will be on Santa’s naughty list for several years after a theft reported this weekend in Jonesboro.
Someone stole a Christmas tree right off of a man’s front porch! It happened early Sunday, Dec. 16, at the 500-block of W. Strawn Avenue in Jonesboro.
The 66-year-old man said he went for an early morning walk from about 5 AM to 7 AM and when he got back, the pre-lit tree was gone! It was about six or seven feet tall, so it wasn’t a small sapling.
The tree was only valued at $100, but it’s the thought that counts.
The man had no idea who could have taken the tree.
