Stolen items from vehicle break-in found in search

BONO, Ark. – A man already on probation is facing additional charges after stolen items were found at the place he was staying during a probation search.

It was reported to the Craighead County Sheriff’s Office. The victim said on Wednesday, January 10, he found his truck had been broken into while parked on County Road 130 in Bono. A pair of binoculars and a bank deposit book were stolen, the report said.

On January 11, the same incident report says a probation search was conducted on a residence where Colby Houston/Kyle James, 18, was staying. His home address is listed as 401 Brentwood in Jonesboro in the report.

At the residence, the stolen binoculars were found. The incident report said these new charges will be added into the case already against James.
