JONESBORO, Ark. – On Tuesday October 10th, 2017, Officers with the Jonesboro Police Department were sent to the 900 block of Logan Ave. at approximately 7:20pm in response to a call of shots fired.
When they arrived they found a deceased male lying in the roadway. The victim was later identified as 28 year old Dewayne Turner from Blytheville, Ark.
JPD Detectives are actively investigating the case. There are no known suspects at this time.
