Paragould Man Accused of Theft By Receiving

PARAGOULD, Ark. — A man is accused of theft by receiving in a case related to stolen tools in Paragould.

The probable cause affidavit states that on Feb. 14, 2025, officers with the Paragould Police Department were dispatched to AR Highway 135 North regarding stolen property. Officers made contact with the alleged victim and the potential defendant.

Officers confirmed the tools were, in fact, stolen, the PC affidavit states. They also confirmed they belonged to the victim. The tools were valued at $2,700.

Officers arrested Sean Kellim.

On Feb. 15, Kellim was interviewed at the Greene County Sheriff’s Office. The affidavit alleges that during a Mirandized interview, he made self-incriminating statements.

Kellim faces a charge of Theft by Receiving, a Class D felony.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
