JONESBORO, Ark. – A traffic stop from earlier this week in Jonesboro resulted in two arrests for possession with intent to deliver.
It happened between 7 PM and 9 PM on January 9 near the intersection of E. Washington Avenue and Bridge Street. Police stopped a white Volkswagen Atlas for a traffic infraction.
A search of the vehicle led police to find several controlled substances. Authorities found psilocybin mushrooms in multiple locations. Police also reported finding 20 individually wrapped bags of marijuana, weighing approximately 179 grams. The estimated value was listed at $4,475.
Authorities also located $770 in cash that was seized.
Dante Dewayne Haggins, 44, of Jonesboro, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver.
Kynesha Dorlena Anderson, 21, of Jonesboro, was arrested for possession of a schedule I or II substance, not meth or cocaine, and a failure to appear warrant.
