JONESBORO, Ark. – A Jonesboro man is facing serious charges after a report alleging sexual assault was filed with the police.
Late last Friday, September 29, police received a report of an incident that occurred between 10 PM and 11:19 PM at a location in Jonesboro, the specific details of which have been withheld for privacy reasons. A female victim, 47 years old, met with the police at the Justice Complex to report a felony second-degree sexual assault and misdemeanor kidnapping, involving both herself and a 10-year-old girl as alleged victims.
The suspect, identified as 50-year-old Daniel I. Hilderbran of Jonesboro, was subsequently arrested on a charge of second-degree sexual assault. He is currently being held at the Craighead County Detention Center on a quarter-million-dollar bond.
