Suspect threatened, pointed gun in road rage incident, report says

JONESBORO, Ark. – A road rage incident involving a gun was reported to JPD on Sunday.

It happened around 6:40 PM on April 16 near the 1800-block of East Johnson Avenue. The report says a woman, 19, noticed a vehicle run a red light at an intersection. This ended up leading to an argument with the report describing tempers as flaring even further. A suspect, no description available, was said to have threatened and pointed a gun in the dispute. If accurate, this could constitute aggravated assault, a felony charge.

It wasn’t clear if there were any suspects and no arrests were listed.
