CLEBURNE COUNTY, Ark. — Quitman resident Jay Ryan, 61, was killed Oct. 10, 2026, at 10:56 a.m. when his 2007 Harley Davidson left the roadway and overturned on State Highway 5 S, according to a preliminary Arkansas State Police summary.
Arkansas State Police said Ryan was northbound on State Highway 5 negotiating a left curve when he lost control, left the roadway and overturned.
