After a long awaited opening, Jonesboro residents will soon be able get their hands on Krystal burgers once again.
Monday, May 23 (one week from today) is the grand opening, according to Haag Brown Commercial.
As the opening date draws closer, local owners have almost completed their new crew roster, Haag Brown said in a release to social media. Some positions may still be available. Submit your application at :: https://krystal-burgers.careerplug.com/j/017z27k
Krystal will be locating to the old Backyard Burger site at the corner of Caraway Road and Grant Street. The former burger drive through was torn down to make way for a new, state-of-the art facility.
Founded in 1932, Krystal is an older brand that is on a mission to cater to millennials. Their revitalization efforts include tearing down old buildings and replacing them with more efficient ones. Haag Brown said in a release the Jonesboro store was one of the first new ground up prototypes ever built.
The return of Krystal to Jonesboro was first revealed in a teaser announcement in 2019.
