JONESBORO, Ark. – Police are working an armed robbery in Jonesboro and they’re still seeking the suspect as of the latest update.
JPD officers responded to an armed robbery that took place around 11:20 a.m. at the Exxon station located at 1325 S. Caraway Road in Jonesboro.
Witnesses stated that a black male, wearing a white T-shirt and grey jacket, robbed the store with a handgun and took an undetermined amount of money.
The suspect then fled on foot in an unknown direction. Officers are still on the scene as of 12:15 PM and CID has been called in to investigate.
