A press release from the Walnut Ridge Police Department says heavy police presences will be at schools in the area this week as investigations into the threat continue.

20 year old Devontae Dewayne Fowler of Jonesboro, was struck by one of the shots and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital and is in critical condition.
