JONESBORO, Ark. – A report was filed Monday afternoon with Jonesboro Police Department alleging a man made threatening remarks to the Jonesboro Child Support Office.

Officer Scottie Fleeman took the report at the office location in Jonesboro. The complainant, who asked not to be named, said the suspect, 30, of Paragould, was angry because he had been arrested for failing to make child support payments.

The suspect allegedly said that someone should blow them up because they did him wrong and took all of his money, the report said.

The act could be interpreted as a misdemeanor second degree terroristic threat under statute 5-13-301B, the report said. The report said the complainant just wanted to inform the police department of the threats.
