JONESBORO, Ark. – This year, the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library is celebrating their 100th anniversary of being part of Jonesboro.
Programs have been held each quarter to take a look at different 25 year periods. The program about the last 25 years, from 1993-2017, will be held on Saturday, September 16th from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
At this event, former library director Phyllis Burkett will present “Celebration of Citizen Commitment: Recognition of Board Members through the Years.” This will be a panel discussion.
Board members past and present are invited to attend the event.
