IZARD COUNTY, Ark. – A man is behind bars accused of delivery of methamphetamine, a press release said Monday.
According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley on August 25, Cody lee Stacy age 42, of Dolph, Was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for three counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine. Stacy is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center In lieu of $30,000 Bond. Stacy is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit court on Sept. 11.
On August 27, Craig Allen Gallup, age 41 of Franklin was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. Gallup was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1470 bond. Gallup is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on October 5.
On August 27, Donald James Jones, age 40 of Franklin was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for disorderly conduct, possession of controlled and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jones was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $2590 bond. Jones is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on Sept. 21.
On August 27, Laura Jeanne Hinkle age 50 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for resisting arrest and criminal trespass. Hinkle was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an OR bond. Hinkle is scheduled to appear in Izard County District court in Melbourne on September 7.
On August 25, Krystal Lunsford age 37, of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for no insurance, improper use of registration, suspended drivers license and careless driving. Lunsford was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1125 bond. Lunsford is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on October 3.
On August 27, Lavinda Jean Lundy, age 46, of Bono was arrested by Deputy Mike Foster for Driving on suspended drivers license and no insurance. Lundy was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $600 bond. Lundy is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on October 5.
On August 24, Jeffery Wallace Fortner, age 27, of Pineville was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for domestic battering 3rd degree. Fortner was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a $1500. Bond. Fortner is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on Sept. 21.
On August 23, Jeffery Morgan Smith, age 42, of Mtn. View, was arrested by Deputy Jaden Whitfield for domestic battery 3rd degree, theft of property and criminal trespass. Smith is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $500. Bond. Smith is scheduled to appear in the Izard county district court Sept. 7th.
On August 22, Steven Lawrence Carroll Jr, age 35, of Marked Tree was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for Failure to appear and Failure to pay fines. Carroll is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention center with no bond. Carroll is scheduled to appear in Izard County circuit Court Sept. 22.
On August 25, Joseph Robert Hines age 33, Of Cabot, was arrested by deputy Toby Smith, for theft of property. Hines was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention center and bonded on a $1120 Bond. Hines is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District County in Horseshoe bend on Sept. 5.
