MELBOURNE, Ark. – The latest arrest roundup includes the transport of several suspects to prison from Izard County.
According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley on August 2 , Kyle Edward Weeks age 28 of Ward, AR, Keith Charles Everett age 53 of Paragould, AR, Amos Lewis Parnell age 39 of Pineville, AR and Benjamin Jacob Hinds age 34 of Oxford, AR were all transported to Arkansas Department of Corrections. These four subjects will each do jail time for the crimes that they have committed.
On August 1, Keith Allan Richardson age 27 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for Contempt of Court. Richardson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Richardson is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on August 10.
On August 1, Rebecca Sue Humphrey age 32 homeless was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for theft of property, assault 1st degree, disorderly conduct and failure to appear. Humphreys is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $4500 cash bond. Humphrey is scheduled to appear in Izard County Criminal Court on August 16.
On July 31, Brent Allen Dale age 49 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for failure to pay child support. Dale is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,090 cash bond. Dale is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court in Melbourne on August 24.
On July 30, Roshawn Mcelroy age 38 of Moscow, AR was arrested by Deputy Jaden Whitfield for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with the purpose to deliver a controlled substance hydromorphone. Mcelroy is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $25,000 bond. Mcelroy is scheduled to appear in Izard County Criminal Court on August 16.
On August 1, Zack Warren Drake age 36 of Batesville was arrested by Deputy Jaden Whitfield for Domestic Battery 3rd degree, and Driving on Suspended. Drake is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,485 bond and a probation hold. Drake is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on Aug 24.
On August 2, Catherine Anne Mansfield age 50 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for Failure to Appear. Mansfield is being held in Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,410 cash bond. Mansfield is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 7.
On August 6, Craig Allen Gallup age 41 of Franklin was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for Delivery of a Controlled Substance Schedule II Methamphetamine a class C felony. Gallup is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Gallup is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on August 6.
On August 5, Kagni Lain Gillihan age 31 of Melbourne was arrested and charged with Failure to Appear. Gillihan is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond at this time. Gillihan is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on August 16.
On August 5, Kimberly Lynn Fannon age 25 was arrested and charged with Theft of Property. Fannon is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond. Fannon is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on August 16.
On August 4, Lawrence Theodore Savell 3 age 25 was arrested by Deputy Mark Simino for Theft of Property by Deception. Savell was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $200 cash bond. Savell is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on August 10.
On August 5, Donna Jo Thomas age 33 of Ash Flat was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for Public Intoxication. Thomas was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an OR bond. Thomas is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on September 7.
On August 4, Shawn Richard Willett age 42 was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for DWI and failure to stop after accident. Willet was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an OR bond. Willett is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on August 10.
On August 5, Lonnie Faye Kelly age 61 of Horseshoe bend was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for Public Intoxication, Battery 3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing Governmental Operations. Kelly was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $300 cash bond. Kelly is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Horseshoe Bend on September 5.
