PARAGOULD, Ark. – There were showers in Paragould over the weekend and they came from the ground.
It seems like a sentence we would be correcting within minutes of you reading it but actually, it is the description of a water main break in Paragould at a plant.
It happened Sunday, June 9. at the Tenneco/Monroe Main Plant In Paragould. Video posted by an employee, Brian Tritch, shows the expensive disaster.
Information from the scene indicates it just ruptured and blew a 10′ hole in the ground. It took about two hours for the water to be stopped/shut down.
Plant workers were at work Monday morning, social media posts indicated.
