BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. — Dash camera video obtained by NEA Report shows an Arkansas State Police trooper using a TVI to end a pursuit on U.S. Highway 61 near Blytheville.
Police said the light green Lexus was running on only three tires when it reached 105 mph on Division Street, a posted 45 mph zone. A deputy later reported the driver traveled more than 100 mph into oncoming traffic.
Trooper Tanner Seal caught the Lexus near County Road 458. The report says it had slowed to about 40 mph on the shoulder when Seal used the TVI.
The driver, identified as Tekeisha Nicole Waters, 44, of Osceola, was booked on 11 allegations, including felony fleeing in a vehicle.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
