JONESBORO, Ark. — A Jonesboro suspect was arrested after police say he threatened to kill two people during a disturbance on Harrisburg Road.
Bobby Davis, 67, was arrested on charges of first-degree terroristic threatening, a Class D felony, along with second-degree terroristic threatening and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.
According to the report, officers responded on April 19, 2026, to the 5300 block of Harrisburg Road. Victim 1 told the responding officer that Davis said he would “put his hands on” Victim 1 and kill Victim 2.
Police said Victim 2 reported Davis was being disrespectful toward his wife. When Victim 2 told Davis to stop, Davis allegedly said he would kill Victim 2. Victim 2 told police she was in fear for her life and scared of Bobby Davis.
The report states that while the officer was on scene trying to determine what had happened, Davis would come outside, scream and curse at the victims, then go back inside.
Davis’ bond was set at $5,000 by Judge David Boling. His next court date is June 26.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
