JONESBORO, Ark. — The Jonesboro Church Health Center (JCHC) will complete its 34th Annual Peach Fundraiser on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, by delivering 420 cases of fresh Georgia peaches to supporters throughout Northeast Arkansas.
The peaches will arrive from Georgia by refrigerated truck before being sorted and distributed by volunteers to businesses and individuals across the community. This year’s fundraiser generated more than $66,000 to support the Center’s mission of providing high-quality, affordable medical care to uninsured adults in Northeast Arkansas.
“This annual tradition is the largest fundraising campaign for the Jonesboro Church Health Center,” said Charlott Jones, JCHC Board Treasurer and Peach Committee Chair. “We surpassed last year’s fundraising total and are grateful for the continued support of community members who purchase peaches and make donations to advance our mission.”
The fundraiser depends on dozens of volunteers who help market the campaign, coordinate delivery routes, sort orders, and distribute peaches throughout the community.
“This effort would not be possible without our incredible volunteers and supporters,” said Reagan McNeil, JCHC Board President. “Their commitment helps ensure that uninsured adults in our community continue to have access to the healthcare services they need. We are grateful for their ongoing support of our mission.”

The Jonesboro Church Health Center (JCHC), founded in 1992, has been a cornerstone of compassionate, affordable healthcare in the community for over three decades. Established by a doctor, nurse and pastor, who along with 42 community leaders saw the medical need firsthand. Since opening the doors, JCHC has cared for over 25,500 individuals. As the only charitable clinic in northeast Arkansas, JCHC is uniquely positioned to serve a population facing significant barriers to healthcare, including financial hardship, lack of insurance, and limited access to transportation. Due to the generosity of donors and volunteers, the Jonesboro Church Health Center (JCHC) provides care for uninsured individuals residing in northeast Arkansas, specifically in Craighead, Greene, Poinsett, Clay, Jackson, Lawrence, and Crittenden counties.
