Wings of Honor Museum to Host Pearl Harbor Remembrance Saturday, December 6

WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. — Wings of Honor Museum will host its annual Pearl Harbor Remembrance on Saturday, December 6, at 11:00 a.m. The museum is located at 70 Beacon Road at Walnut Ridge Regional Airport.

Everyone is invited to recall and learn more about that pivotal event in America’s history. The surprise attack killed 2,403 Americans and injured many more. It was a moment that drew the U.S. into World War II, and its transformation of America involved the end of its isolationism, its rise to a global superpower, a shift in its cultural attitude towards war, and women in the workplace.

Those with memories of the impact of that period are encouraged to attend and share their stories.
