PARAGOULD, Ark. — A woman is facing a felony terroristic threatening charge after a report with the Paragould Police Department alleged she made threats at a medical facility.
On August 7, 2025, the Paragould Police Department was dispatched to Family Care, 5 Market Pl., regarding a patient making threats. An officer contacted staff, who said that the defendant, Roxanne Matthews, allegedly made comments about killing their family.
