PARAGOULD, Ark. — A registered sex offender in Paragould was arrested Tuesday after police said he failed to report a change of address, as required by state law.
Kyle Bradley, 57, whose registered address was on Dennis Street, had reportedly not been living there since May 4, according to a probable cause affidavit. Paragould police said they received that information on May 30 and located Bradley at a residence on South Eighth Avenue on June 3.
He was arrested and taken to the Paragould Police Department for questioning. Police said that during a Mirandized interview, Bradley made self-incriminating statements.
Bradley is facing a felony charge of failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements. Judge Dan Stidham set bail at $25,000 cash only with the additional condition of an ankle monitor.
