BROOKLAND, Ark. — A Domino’s Pizza franchisee has signed a long-term lease to bring the international quick-service restaurant to Brookland by 2026, according to The CRE Group.
Heather Talley, principal broker and owner of The CRE Group, represented the franchisee in the transaction. The Brookland location will mark the 20th deal between Talley and the operator since they began working together in 2020.
“The time was right to aggressively pursue an expansion to Brookland,” Talley said. “After extensive due diligence and weighing all options for the right location, we knew the property Jason Gazaway is developing along Highway 49 was the best fit for our needs.”
Talley also represented the franchisee in securing the former Nathan’s Hot Dogs building at 2702 Alexander Drive in Jonesboro.
“This store makes perfect sense for him and the Brookland community,” she said. “He’s fully engaged in his stores and the communities he serves.”
Brookland’s Domino’s will offer carry-out and delivery service and is expected to create local job opportunities and host community outreach events.
Additional Domino’s locations are planned across northeast Arkansas in 2025, including a new store currently under development in West Paragould.
