Business Owner Reports Thousands Stolen in Commercial Burglary

JONESBORO, Ark. – A local business was the victim of a significant theft following a burglary, a report with the Jonesboro Police Department said this week.

It happened between April 10 and April 24 at the 4900-block of East Nettleton Avenue. Sometime during that period, a suspect entered the commercial building and stole a number of valuables.

Stolen items included three flatscreen TVs, a refrigerator, computer, printer, microwave, storage rack, shelves, and decorations. In total the value of the stolen items exceeded $5,000, making the theft a class C felony.

The report lists a potential suspect: a white 56-year old male. However, no arrests were made as of the latest update.
