
BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. — Authorities in Blytheville are investigating a shooting from over the weekend.
A 21-year-old man, identified as Myquan Diamond of Blytheville, sought treatment for a gunshot wound at Great River Medical Center’s Emergency Room on Sunday, August 20.
Upon investigation, Blytheville Police Department officers learned that Diamond was in the vicinity of Denny Street and Walls Street when the shooting occurred. The circumstances leading to the shooting and potential suspects remain unclear, police said in a release.
