JONESBORO, Ark. – NEA Report has obtained the incident report detailing the shooting Saturday night in Jonesboro that sent multiple victims to the hospital with gunshot injuries.
The incident happened between 8 PM and 8:20 PM at the Northside Ball Park, 502 N Bridge Street, according to the incident report released by JPD. The suspect, an 18-year-old male whose name is masked, fired multiple shots, hitting three and possibly grazing a fourth, JPD Public Information Specialist Sally Smith said.
Two of the gunshot injuries were detailed: A 20-year-old male was shot in the left side of the face and nose. An 18-year-old was shot in the right forearm, with the shot being a through-and-through. The third injury was not specified. The fourth victim, Smith said, went to the hospital the following day with a graze wound. None of the injuries were life-threatening, the report said.
