JONESBORO, Ark. – The Jonesboro Police Department is working an early Saturday shooting that sent one to the hospital.
Around 2:50 AM, police responded to a “Shots Heard” call in the 1100 block of Cartwright Street, a release said.
Officers observed multiple vehicles and a residence had been damaged by apparent gunfire.
A victim was located and treated on scene. They were later transported to a local hospital. The extent of injuries is unknown at this time.
JPD’s Criminal Investigation Division is currently working the investigation.
