JONESBORO, Ark. – Police in Jonesboro are looking for the identity of a man
On January 26, the Jonesboro Police Department was dispatched to Casey’s General Store on Caraway Road. The call was about counterfeit money. The manager told the responding officers she noticed a suspicious $50 bill while going through the overnight cash.
The watermark revealed the bill to be an altered $5 bill.
Police are looking for an unknown suspect in reference to this crime. The suspect is described as a black male, possibly 5’10 and weighing around 200 lbs.
