
JONESBORO, Ark. – Police worked diligently over the weekend to send a message to criminals in Craighead County.
A press release issued Monday details the work by the numbers.
This past weekend, 40 Officers from multiple agencies worked together in areas known for criminal activity to aggressively concentrate on criminal behavior. The saturation was a success in deterring criminal activities.
Thanks to assistance from the Arkansas State Police, Arkansas Department of Community Corrections Probation and Parole, and the Craighead County Sheriff’s Department and members of the 2nd Judicial Prosecutors Office.
Officers worked directed patrol and increased presence, actively looking for criminal activity on Friday and Saturday.
