15th Anniversary Duck Classic Benefiting New Center

Jonesboro, Ark. — NEA Baptist Charitable Foundation will host the 15th anniversary Duck Classic Banquet on Thursday, Dec. 7 at the Arkansas State University Convocation Center. This fundraiser was created to support the free programs of NEA Baptist Charitable Foundation. This year, proceeds will benefit the new NEA Baptist Center for Good Grief, which opened in October 2017 as the sixth program of the Foundation.

Duck Classic is an annual fundraiser that takes place over two days, day one being a large, family friendly banquet and day two being a competitive duck hunt. The banquet will be held on Dec. 7, and the doors will open at 5 pm. The dinner by John 3:16 and sponsored by Gillis Inc., will begin at 5:30. In addition to the dinner, there will be both silent and live auctions, raffles, prizes and Duck Classic merchandise. Banquet tickets are $50 each can be purchased at DNW Outdoors and online at www.duckclassic.com.

The Grand Classic Raffle is the biggest and most anticipated raffle of the evening. Only 600 tickets are sold for this raffle, which usually sells out before the banquet on Thursday evening. Each ticket provides the chance to win one of 14 prizes, including the Duck Truck, a 2008 Chevrolet LTZ Silverado valued at $19,800, donated by Glen Sain and outfitted with more than $14,000 worth of additional accessories by DNW Automotive, a 2018 Polaris Ranger XP900 donated by Barton’s Powersports, a Stoeger M3500, a Benelli Nova, and ten chances for $200! Limit one prize above per ticket purchased. Winners will be drawn during the banquet and do not need to be present to win. Tickets may be purchased for $100 at DNW Outdoors or online at http://www.duckclassic.com.

In addition to the Grand Classic Raffle, other prizes, raffles and auction items will include a variety of packages of all ages and interests, including artwork, trips, hunting excursions, a lawn mower, hunting blinds, event locations and accommodations, gift certificates, purses, jewelry, and much more.
