
MELBOURNE, Ark. – From DWIs to domestic incidents, one of the biggest lists of arrests yet this year from Izard County was released to the media from over the weekend.
Suspects from Trumann, Batesville, Calico Rock, Salem, Newark and all over found themselves in cuffs courtesy of the Izard County Sheriff’s Department.
According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley on July 23, Shane Joseph Ash, 38, of Newark was arrested by Cpl. Richard Williams for driving left of center and DWI drugs. Ash is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in Lieu of a $990 bond. Ash is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on August 24.
On July 23, Clifford Eugene Jones, 48, was arrested by Cpl. Richard Williams for driving while license suspended. Jones is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $365 bond. Jones is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Horseshoe Bend on Sept. 5.
On July 23, Erin Kay Roper, 32, was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for domestic battering 1st degree. Roper was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,120 bond. Roper is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Horseshoe Bend on Sept. 5.
On July 21, Robert Duane Ramey, 39, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for failure to appear and possession of Drug paraphernalia. Ramey is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Ramey is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on August 10.
On July 20, Clayton J. Freeman, 38, of Salem was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for domestic battering 3rd degree. Freeman is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Freeman is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on August 8.
On July 20, Brandy Nicole Langston, 29, of Trumann, was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for seven counts of Theft by Deception all class A misdemeanors. Langston is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $900 cash bond. Langston is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on July 27.
On July 19, Monica E. Churchwell, 40, of Sage was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for failure to appear. Churchwell is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1695 cash bond. Churchwell is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on August 24.
On July 19, Sarah Michelle Parker, 31, of Batesville was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for failure to appear. Parker is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,040 cash bond. Parker is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on July 27.
On July 19, Jessica Lynae Woodward, 26, of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for criminal mischief 1st degree and disorderly conduct. Woodward was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a recognizance bond. Woodward is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on August 24.
On July 18, Joshua Joseph Robinson, 34, of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Robinson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $440 bond. Robinson is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on August 24.
On July 16, Timothy Derrickson, 38, of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for disorderly conduct and absconding. Derrickson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Derrickson is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 10.
On July 17, Rebecca Sue Humphrey, 32, was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for driving while license suspended, hindering apprehension and disorderly conduct. Humphrey is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1205 bon. Humphrey is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 10.
On July 16, Misty Pipkin, 33, was arrested by Deputy Jaden Whitfield for failure to pay fines. Pipkin was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a recognizance bond. Pipkin is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne in July 27.
On July 16, Andrea Denise Stacey, 21, of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for failure to appear. Stacey was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a recognizance bond. Stacey is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on July 27.
On July 14, Brandon Mohkle, 28, of Mt. Pleasant was arrested by Deputy Mindy Jones for domestic battery 3rd degree. Mohkle was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a recognizance bond. Mohkle is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on July 27.
On July 15, Ronald Christopher Moser, 47, was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for Driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical test. Moser was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on an $820 cash bond. Moser is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 24.
On July 18 Jerry Patrick Walsh, 27, of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for theft by receiving, failure to appear and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Walsh was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a recognizance bond. Walsh is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on Sept. 7.
On July 20 Bobby Ray Eddy, 50, was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for petition to revoke. Eddy is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Eddy is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on August 16.
On July 20, Cody Allen Curtis, 26, of Mt. Pleasant was arrested by Deputy Mark Simino for theft of property and a hold for probation and parole. Curtis is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no Bond. Curtis is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on July 16.
On July 20, Earl David Mcafee, 46, of Sage was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for driving with suspended driver’s license and driving left to center. Mcafee was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a recognizance bond. Mcafee is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on Sept. 7.
On July 21, Michael Allen Liscomb, 35, of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for failure to pay fines and domestic battering 3rd degree. Liscomb is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1320 cash bond. Liscomb is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on August 10.
