Four arrested for tractor and equipment burglaries

MELBOURNE, Ark. – The Izard County Sheriff’s Department announced Monday four arrests from last week for felony theft.

On May 17, Robert Harris, 31 of Wynne, AR was arrested by Deputy Mark Simino for Breaking or Entering, a class D felony, Theft of Property, a class D felony and Theft of property, a class A misdemeanor. Harris is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $15.000 bond.

On the same day, Jeffery D. McKinney, 28 of Melbourne, was arrested for breaking or entering, a class D felony, theft of property, a class D felony, Commercial Burglary a class C felony and theft of property a class A misdemeanor. McKinney is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $15,000 bond.

Mary McKinney, 47, of Melbourne, was charged with theft by receiving a class A misdemeanor, McKinney bonded on a $1000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on June 17.

Johnny Stowe, 44, of Melbourne, was arrested by Sgt. Simino for Theft by receiving a class A misdemeanor. Stowe bonded on a $1000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District court on June 15. These Charges stem from Newburg Tractor and Equipment burglaries and thefts.

On May 19, Hanna Brooke Grady, 27, of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Ford for Driving while license suspended. Grady is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $365 bond. Grady is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne on June 15.

On May 16, Randall Scott Lipford, 53, of Oxford was arrested by Sgt Gabe Sanders for possession of firearms by certain persons a class D felony and refusal to submit to arrest a class B Misdemeanor. Lipford is incarcerated in Izard County Detention Center with a $5000 bond.

On May 19, Ricky Don Bearden, 47, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for possession of a controlled substance a class a misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia a class A misdemeanor. Bearden is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Horseshoe Bend on July 11.

On May 19, Shirley Melinda Nemic, 50 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Geoffery Watts for possession of drug paraphernalia a class A misdemeanor and possession of marijuana a class A misdemeanor. Nemic is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $2370 bond. Nemic is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on June 29.

On May 19, Cydney Dianna Taylor, 21 of Dolph, was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for battery in third degree. Taylor was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted $1000 professional bond. Taylor is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Melbourne on June 29.

On May 20, Mathew Tyler Runnels, 23 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for Battery in the third degree. Runnels is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center he is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Horseshoe Bend on June 13.
