West End Spring Cleanup rescheduled

 

JONESBORO, Ark. – The West End Neighborhood Association annual Spring Clean-up has been rescheduled for April 29 because of the forecast of rainy weather this weekend.

The West End Neighborhood Association, the Mayor’s Office, the Jonesboro Department of Sanitation, and TRG-Jonesboro have been working together to coordinate the clean-up day, in which neighbors participate from 7:30-11:30 a.m.

Last year’s cleanup collected 15.2 tons of waste, 100 tires and 80 pounds of metal.
