Fowler Center to Present Concert by Dailey and Vincent

JONESBORO – Arkansas State University’s Fowler Center, 201 Olympic Drive, will present “An Evening with Dailey and Vincent” as its last performance in the 2016-17 Riceland Distinguished Performance Series on Saturday, April 1, at 7:30 p.m.  The sponsor of the show is KASU, the university public broadcasting service.

Dubbed by CMT as the “Rockstars of Bluegrass,” the duo of Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent has been hailed throughout the music industry as one of the most exciting, reputable and elite bluegrass bands in America, having won numerous awards for their contagious and riveting music. This includes three Grammy Award nominations for the 2014 “Bluegrass Album of the Year”; 14 International Bluegrass Music Awards as three-time “Entertainer of the Year,” three-time “Vocal Group of the Year” and “Album of the Year”; and four Dove Awards with three “Bluegrass Album of the Year” awards and “Bluegrass Song of the Year.”

Dailey & Vincent premiered their first national television series, The Dailey & Vincent Show, on RFD-TV. The show is a weekly 30-minute music, entertainment, and lifestyle show – full of music, humor and fun – which includes live country and bluegrass performances, interviews with special guests.

Dailey & Vincent continue to grace the stages of historic venues nationwide with their return to Carnegie Hall and the Ryman Auditorium, where they sold out three consecutive shows and first debuted their music as a duo in 2007.

All seating is reserved. Individual tickets for the Riceland Distinguished Performance Series are $30 and $20 for adults, and $23 and $15 for senior citizens and students, $24 and $16 for A-State faculty and staff, and $10 and $6 for A-State students with a current ID. Group discounts are available for groups of 15 or more.
