JONESBORO, Ark. – It looks like the deviously minded in Jonesboro has caught onto the clown craze sweeping the country.
The report was taken Friday evening on Craighead County Road 418 by Craighead County Sheriff’s Department. A man at his residence was brought a note by his neighbor – mistakenly left in the wrong mailbox.
“Hi, I’m going to steel (sic) your Jeep. Love: Clown” the note stated.
The complainant told deputies he was not worried about the theft but wanted to make a report about the note – just in case.
Authorities are investigating the incident.
