HOXIE, Ark. – A boil order for Ecoli in the Hoxie water system has been lifted.
The Arkansas Department of Health confirmed the order was lifted at 8:33 a.m. Monday, September 12.
The order was issued September 6 at 1:51 p.m. after a confirmed Ecoli positive sample was discovered. The order was planned through September 9 but was extended on Friday.
