Update: Police locate missing boy in Jonesboro

BERKLEY, CALEB

JONESBORO, Ark. – A 13-year-old boy who ran away from church camp was found Tuesday afternoon in Jonesboro.

Caleb Washington Berkley was originally from Liberia, Africa but was adopted when he was younger and moved to Oklahoma, according to the Jonesboro Police Department incident report.

Berkley was at Corner Stone Baptist Church on Forest Home Road in Jonesboro when he was last seen several days ago, the camp church director reported.

Over a week after going missing, Berkley was located in Jonesboro where he told officers he had been living behind a building a short distance from where officers found him, the 2300 block of East Highland Drive

The young boy’s parents were en route from Oklahoma to pick him up as of Tuesday afternoon.
